Our purpose

PERM Processing Time is an independent public-data utility for understanding U.S. Department of Labor processing queues. It converts published PERM, PWD, and audit dates into transparent comparisons. It is not affiliated with DOL, cannot access private case files, and does not predict decisions.

Editorial responsibility

Content is reviewed by the PERM Processing Time Editorial Team. Calculators identify their source, source date, retrieval time, calculation version, and limitations. Official facts link to DOL or eCFR primary sources. We do not invent an individual author, credential, result, or social profile.

Accuracy and limitations

Calculators use the transparent rules described in How It Works. Snapshots are validated before activation, stale data is labeled, and data beyond the fallback limit is withheld. This site provides general information, not legal advice or case-status verification.
