Email support@permprocessingtime.com if a source, date, translation, or explanation appears wrong. Include the page URL, visible source date, and a description, but never include a case number, name, address, employer identifier, confidential document, or other personal information.

Official case questions

We cannot retrieve or update a case. Employers and authorized representatives should start with the DOL ETA contact page and FLAG processing times, which provides guidance for qualifying older filings.

Legal or deadline questions

An audit response, deadline, eligibility, withdrawal, refiling, or appeal requires the official notice and qualified advice. Never send confidential documents to an unverified address.
